No, because anime is not even my favorite thing. To me, a girl who likes anime and cosplay are more of a bonus. I could have gone to dating sites that are more towards my other niche interests, but they would be 90% male 10% female, whereas anime is about 50/50 boy/girl.

He/she/they don't need to like it, but if they hate it and shit all over it, it's a no from me. I can't be with someone that avidly disapproves of what I like (I broke it off with my FWB because he got super offended over me smoking weed. I don't have time for that malarkey, I also dumped another ex because he made fun of me for liking Beyonce.)

I have only dated one girl who was actually into anime and gaming. She was ridiculously obsessive, though, and I had to cut it off after she called me at 2:00 A.M. a couple days in a row because she was worried she'd somehow upset me. We'd only been dating a month...
Despite that experience, I would still actually prefer to date someone who likes either gaming or anime. Past relationships often suffered because we didn't share enough common interests and gradually grew distant.

I could live with it if they didn't actively like it, indifference of you will, but if they actually disliked it, then that's a no go.
