Coffee or Green Tea

For some reason, my father has been drinking coffee ever since it was popular during his younger years. But in Japan and some parts of Asia, most people drink different teas without additives, especially herbal teas. To me, usually coffee, because of how many times I hear what healthy benefits it has to preventing certain diseases and conditions. However, Southern sweet teas are common in the Southern United States and are often served during special dinners like Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas ones. Sometimes we serve coffee during desserts. But I like sun-brewing Costco green tea in French presses and foil-covered pitchers. My big sister prefers iced chai tea soy, because of being lactose intolerant while coffee often makes her take frequent restroom breaks. Teavana makes some of the best chai tea around. Better than Tazo. My algebra teacher told me that although coffee has more caffeine, tea is healthier. Dr. Oz also said that dark roast coffee beans and grounds have less caffeine, less acidity and more antioxidants than lighter roasts. So it depends. But I should be brewing healthy teas more than even locally-roasted coffees.

I love them both. Equally. What I drink depends on my mood.

caramel macciato's are the best, but I cant argue the fact that tea is a lot healthier. I'm trying to drink a lot more of it than coffee.

At around $15 an ounce for grean tea(Although, that still makes a bit of tea)... Though I like REAL green tea, coffee is a bit cheaper and still quite tasty. Better yet, give me good old fashioned black tea, southern style or with nothing but ice added.
