Hygiene advice for men and women

I've tried a lot of face products for my oily skin but nothing did any good. My skin is so oily, the US government asked me if I wanted FREEDOM. I see one video about a face product for oily skin and another video saying it's bullshit. Those of you who have oily skin, what product do you use?

@amir_bahram Have you tried CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser? It's coming up as a popular one for oily skin. Toners are said to help with oily skin but I am not a fan. If my skin is feeling particularly gross I just do a double wash and follow it up with a lightweight moisturizer to replenish the essential oils that were stripped from the washing.

Cerave has been nice to me. I have sensitive skin too. But yeah. Just make sure if you use a face wash you use a moisturizer after because what will happen is your skin will dry out and your body will produce a lot more oil to keep up.

That price damn near gave me a heart attack (╥﹏╥) I'll have to give 10% of my salary for a bottle of that

Meh... I use body wash. If it's good enough for my ass,it's good enough for my face. My skin is stupid finicky anyways. If I use anything to strong, I break out(Used to get cystic acne. And no, you can't just wash that shit away. Used accutane, the only acne fighter with warnings such as "May cause rectal bleeding " and of course the fun one "May cause suicidal ideation." Shit cleared my skin, though.lol). So, gotta be something similar to dove and an occasional wash with a face wash containing salicylic acid. Then? Moisturize, my dudes.

Cetaphil is supposed to be king of moisturizers. The most recommended by healthcare professionals, dermatologists, and tattoo artists lol.
