Not exactly a hygiene question but didn't know where else to ask this. I clean my mattress, I clean my bed sheets, I spray my bed with bed bug spray, but I still have bed bugs. Solutions?

Burn the house down, simple. Kidding....but not really. They're damn near impossible to get rid of without resorting to professional help, seriously. It only takes ONE pregnant female to repopulate and start the problem all over again and they'll hide in EVERY little nook and cranny, not just your bed. So, short of burning your house down, a professional IS needed and then just basic washing and deep cleaning. Unfortunately, many at home remedies won't work (They're immune to MANY at home sprays and unless you kill them all, they just hide and repopulate. Also, unfortunately, you may spread them elsewhere, too. They cling on your belongings and clothes. Clean EVERYTHING.)and heat is one of the best ways that a professional may use, instead.
