A lot of different types of vitamins are really hard to swallow. Those things range from the size of an egg up to a potato.

The worst are gel capsules that get stuck and then dissolve a little in your throat.

If you say something mean it and do it. Do not keep changing the mind for something little. Every action you take affects someone else where that’s yourself or others. Be mindful and think before acting
