Howdy, the names Colton. I've lived in Arkansas for the majority of my time on Earth. Which happens to be 26 years at the moment. Though I did wander over to Portland, Oregon for a few months. Outside of where I am. What I have done with my time is varied. Though mostly within the realm of my passions. As well as the creation of my wonderful daugthter, Kaydence. She is 5 years old. However, she only stays with me every other weekend. Now onto some of those passions I was talking about. They include writing, playing video games, listening to music, and making experiences with people. How about I explain those a bit!
Writing hasn't always been a passion of mine. Only really got into around the age of 17. Mostly in the form of poetry. Which I've written a large amount of. At least I think so. They number around 120. Which are freely shared with anyone who is interested in reading them. Outside of poetry I've been known to jot down ideas for video games, animation, and film. None of which I have any experience with on a creative level. Though I have a passion for all three as a viewer. Speaking of video games. Might as well start writing about that now.
I've been playing video games for most of my life. Though I didn't really get passionate about them as a hobby until I was 8 years old. Which is when I picked up a controller to play Ocarina of Time. Ever since that day I've been in love with the experiences you can find within the realm of video games. There are a large part of my life. Though not to an obsessive degree. I do play them quite often though. Still, I have time for other experiences in life. Such as the experience of listening to music.
Music breathes life into me when I am feeling down. It makes me cry when I need to release something weighing on me. Truly there is nothing like music. To just lay in any location and be taken to another is a wonderful feeling. My passion for music is mostly as a listener. However, I've explored the creative side of music as well. Not to say that I'm a traditional musician. Just that I've found noise that I feel works well together. Overall, the experienc of music is something that has shaped me greatly in my life. The experience of music, as all of my passions, is something I enjoy to share with others. Which brings me to the experiences I craft with those around me.
Creating experiences with people is an easy concept to understand. Though, I've only mapped out memorable moments with a select few. Which is something I want to rectify. Not in the discovery of millions of more people. Just the work towards maknig meaningful connections with a few close friends. Perhaps, if I'm lucky, someone who might become closer than anyone. Something I've experience little of in my life. Which is one reason I'm on this website. Not because I need to be. Just because it could house the moment I meet someone unforgettable.
