What do you do and when? Myself I've been doing crossfit n running

I've been consistently working out for 3 weeks. I workout everyday, 1.5 - 2 hours Monday through Saturday; one hour on Sundays. Mondays through Saturdays, I do strength training and cardio and on Sundays just cardio. I change up what I do for cardio daily. Play DDR, Just Dance, Kickboxing, Biking, Aerobics. I'd like to start running once the weather is better. What can I say? I'm doing this for health, but mostly cosplay. >_<

Haha ddr? That sounds fun I could never get a work it with that though cuz i suck lol. Maybe try some plyometrics it's a killer workout and you only need a decent sized room to do it xD

I think I'll try plyometrics once I have better stamina. DDR kills my calves right now, so once that gets better, plyo! Do you use supplements or anything? I just supplement protein right after my workout.

I'm sure you can just jump right into ploy latterly.. xD it works out ur entire legs from ur ankle to ur hamstrings/quads. I take pre workouts with creatine 30mims before n protein n creatine after the workout. And on my rest day i take protein n 5gs of creatine when I wake up n some more protein 2 hours before I decide to sleep

How long do u use it for?

I work out every night before I shower and then go to bed :) I do 180 jumping jacks, 150 high knees, 60 crunches, 60 pushups, 42 squats, and 3 minutes worth of wall sits. I do it in a system, though, of the following: 30 jumping jacks 5 pushups 25 high knees 10 crunches 7 squats 5 pushups 10 crunches 5 pushups 7 squats 30 jumping jacks 1 minute wall sit 5 pushups 25 high knees I repeat that 3 times, but I am thinking about doing it 4 times now as I'm not getting as flushed from the workout anymore.

Every other day I do 5 sets of 9 congdon curls and 9 upright rows, and 3 sets of 9 two-arm tricep kickbacks and 2 sets of anywhere from 20-30 chair dips. Then I do 500 crunches at 100 intervals with 1 minute water breaks in between. I do all the arm stuff with 20lb free weights because it's all I have right now v.v I'm going to use Alexis's format to make it look simple xD 9 congdon curls 9 upright rows 9 two-arm tricep kickbacks 9 congdon curls 9 upright rows 9 two-arm tricep kick backs 9 congdon curls 9 upright rows 9 two-arm tricep kick backs 9 congdon curls 9 upright rows 20-30 chair dips 9 congdon curls 9 upright rows 20-30 chair dips 500 crunches

I usually run around the lake which is around 5-6 miles... I also bike to places so, biking to the lake is another 1 and a half... I don't really do much besides stretching but that's about it..
