Doesn't really make sense to me, aren't there studies that show ejaculating can reduce the risk of prostate cancer? I'm not doing anything harmful to my health.

See, this isn't about nutting or not, it's prostate cancer awareness month and this is meant to draw attention to that. I mean, we could just suggest that you shove a few fingers up your ass and check that prostate (Friends can help, ofcourse. ;) ). But, I doubt most want a few fingers up thier ass, so its easier to say no nut November or no shave November aka Movember. Remember, it's not about busting a nut, it's about checking them and paying attention to prostate health.
Dont be shy to get fingered by the doctor guy.
