I have a routine workout but with school and work the task of working out is becoming tedious. What do you think?

Some do, some don't. But you shouldn't be doing it for the girls anyway

Not really, men care more about looks. Girls tend to care more about personality. A typical girl would rather go out with a fatass that treats her like a princess more than a fit-guy who acts like a prick. But if it's the choice between a nice fatass and a nice well-built Prince Charming, then most girls will pick the latter.

Some do and some don't. Truth be told however if you are in good shape you'll have an easier time getting girls to give you the time of day since you'll be attractive and healthy.
