easy just search, an add people, theres actually a guy on here from new zealand who posted a few days ago looking for otakus also in New Zealand, in the LOCAL TALK section of the forums, cant miss it. Involving yourself by adding to discusions in the forum works pretty well too. Heart ppls posts you agree with or support. friends will start dripping in. Try and you shall succeed.
