Guys who cosplay

I really love it when guys cosplay (and are serious about it to some degree, they put at least some effort). It would be great to meet a guy who would be willing to do pairing cosplays >w< Unfortunately I very rarely meet any, and they're usually already taken.

Who cares man cosplay is about having fun why wouldn't you be "good at it" lol. XD I mean I'm being soul evans for crying out loud I'm a bit over weight for his character and I'm gunna hate putting in contacts but I'm gunna do it cuzz he's one of my favorite characters and I act like him anyways in person. (I might not do the contacts depends on how long they take cuzz I've never worn contacts. I tried once it didn't go well but to pull of a cosplay I may have to practice.)

I think it's the effort that counts, really. Nobody is really great when they just start cosplaying. (Well there have probably been a few. Disregard them.) I'm glad to hear that there are more guys out there that cosplay. I very rarely see them at cons.

Really I saw tons of people last year at fanime a good mix of girls and dudes :P but I was also really excited last year so that may have made me exaggerate in my mind a little. XD And what k3nsh1n said basically working on getting my costumes together for next years cons as we speak. It's exciting to see someone who gets so into their cosplays as well. When I dress up I like to get into character as well anybody else feel me?

Me too, though it's a bit hard for me to be in character for some of my more serious cosplays. Especially the emotionless ones :P

I'd have to be half me and half in character cuzz if I ever saw anyone in a really good cosplay of one of my favorite characters I'd have to go geek out for a second so I couldn't stay in character all day. XD For example I'm doing Guy from street fighter/ final fight next year and he doesn't talk a whole lot so it's gunna be tough if I actually want to make some new friends to do it if I stay in character lol.

this will be my first time cosplaying im goin to be ermac from mortal kombat, i would love to do a pairing of some sort eventually just gotta find someone to do it with
