crimsonsun2xseries
Can I get some good fictional book recommendations? Only books that are serial please because I will be going on deployment and I'd like to start reading again. I've already got Harry Potter, and Lord of the Rings. Include author if feasible.

Rick Riordans novels are really good for any age (The Percy Jackson series); The Witch and the Wizard, Maximum ride and Daniel X by James Patterson ( they're kinda sci-fi [Except for the first one] but really good, there are also Graphic Novels and manga prints of them as well), The Last Apprentice by Joseph Delaney( A more sinister horror themed book)

Christopher Paolini's Inheritance cycle is really good. It is about dragons. Very detailed and will keep you occupied for sure. And anything from Terry Brooks or L.A.Meyers Bloody Jack series. I love to read and find all these authors incredible.

The discworld series by Terry Pratchett. Insightful, funny, clever and philisophical. I had to pick one: Soul Music. Then small gods, pyramids, the whole series is pretty good, and it all links!

If you'd like a difficult read, The Count of Monte Cristo is the best piece of fiction ever written, in my opinion. Ender's Game is my favorite sci-fi. If you're alright with something a little younger, the "Redwall" series is an awesome adventure/fantasy. The Inheritance cycle is legit (pretty unoriginal, but it's still really good).
