Girls Asking Out Guys?

Well, this is a late response, but, here is my own personal experience, and own opinion on the subject. I asked out my current boyfriend, and honestly I don't regret it at all till this day. We've been dating for about 6 months, known each other for 2 months before I asked him out. TO BE HONEST, a little bit about me, I'm a pretty impatient person when it comes to me REALLY wanting something. When talking to him in those two months, I just realized HE was what I wanted, and if I waited any longer, I would regret it. I couldn't let something so great pass me up, especially when we made it so OBVIOUS that we were falling for each other. All I have to say to the females is don't be afraid to take the first step, and if it is so obvious between you two, why not just go for it? I mean, yeah, we don't like rejection, nobody does, and just like every guy out there who has to work up the courage to ask any female interest, we have to work up our own courage too, and sometimes we just have to come to the conclusion that the worse they can say is no. And if they do, it is always better to know that at least you tried and you were either successful and or not successful! (sorry for basing it solely on heterosexual relationships)

I did asked a guy out once, using a love letter... I gave it to him in a public place... but that love letter was crampled and burned into pieces after he had read it in a corner(I saw that:()... I guess some guys don't like girls who makes the first initiative... :/ Now I did it again with someone a little familiar with me, but I think I made him scared of me because I'm being so straight forward...:/

Maybe it's a cultural thing @Enelez. I don't know nor am I going to pretend to really know how Phillipino males act. Just from my personal experience with guys in the States, I can assure you most who aren't complete psychos or assholes aren't going to burn your love letter like the one guy did. As @Captain Ness said, don't let one or two bad experiences turn you away from approaching someone you like. Asking someone out is easier said than done, I know. I've been around that block more than a few times. But if you feel you guys really click, then don't wait for him to be the one to do the asking if he's someone you want a relationship with.

I never asked a guy out. :/ Tons of guys were asking me out but that´s their business. it´s ok for a girl to ask out a guy its still not that common usually because guys like to take the active part and as long they don´t start to bothering someone I guess it´s fine. Pervs are the worst.
