My current problem

There is literature I have lost... Several poems I can faintly remember and kind of see. I can feel the emotions behind them but i can't grasp them. The forums I was posting to no longer exist. It's literally driving me insane. Help? Thoughts?

Put all that energy into making new poems? It sucks that you can't retrieve the poems again. Honestly, I know how it feels. It's like you're missing a part of yourself, because you put a little bit of you in everything you write. But who knows, maybe this is an opportunity to create something new? Something you'll like just as much as the poems you lost. It's worth a shot. :)

I'm afraid it'll never be the same. I'm afraid of loosing things from my past... Film, color- feeling.. Memories? How long can they last? My mind is loose, drifting of string. A tangled mess in ceaseless entropy. A writers heart, a lovers mind. It feels so empty Currently drifting away to the opposite shores of sanity. (I write all kinds of poetry and literature) But i haven't been happy with anything ive written in a long while =/
