Anybody else bothered by Jynx change?

Okay. Now I'm just nitpicking here, but why do you assume that people who see racism in this "want to see it as that?" If most people think something could be seen as racist, then it goes to say that some people will see it as racist and not simply because they want to.

Dont nitpick : / ... but people like seeing problems where there arent any. I see this as being one of those situations. And yes I agree some just saw it racist because it was possible, but its only one point of view, why not try to see it from the point of view? Maybe then there wouldnt of had been a problem is how I think about it.

Sure there are many points of view, but that goes for anything. I don't blame people for deciding on their first impression that Jynx is racist because blackface is a very common method of belittling black people. If it wasn't so common, then maybe. And it's not like Japan is innocent in that regard.

Its only white people that get offended if all the other races of people were offended by stupid stuff like that there would be no B.E.T. on T.V.

Sigh they did it AGAIN. In the virtual downloads of the original pokemon releases they've changed jynx's color and not only that but they've made it obnoxiously obvious that they've done it too. I'll admit that I've only seen an in game picture of it but the purple color seems brighter than any other color I've seen in game.

Come on, there are only 2 points in the game where you even encounter jinx! It's completely possible for you to play the game and never, I repeat never encounter jinx until you get to the Elite Four and then you will only encounter jinx once during the Elite Four!
