Anime relationship

Yeah if only... You'd spend 13 to 26 weeks trying to get the person you like to notice your feelings, just for them to be dense to the end about it and have things never progress. Or the girl you like joins up with 4 other girls to obsess over the most generic guy in school and ignores you completely. or maybe you land the type of anime where the relationship actually does work out, but she dies of cancer or gets hit by a car just for cheap easy drama.
