Screwed up the last post, but here is a new one

I'm actually against this notion that couples NEED to have common interests. I believe they need compatible personalities first and foremost.

Common interests is a good thing, but if you don't feel any connection, then you don't have a connection. And yes. The whole anime being just for kids is being miscontrued , and surprisingly, is starting to get recognition that it's not. (I can't say it for my family, but otherwise...) I just think you need to be yourself. Eventually, someone will come along, that you like, and they think you're worthwhile. Just keep it up!
