Hi! this is who I am and an interesting story

Hi my name is Dara and before I begin my story, I must warn that anyone who doesn't want to cry should stop reading. Now that I've said that I'm here to find love again. I know it must sound cliche but what I've been through you couldnt fake. I met a very special friend many years ago during college, her name was Mika and she was from Tokyo. I was never into anime until I met her. Thanks to her I got into MMA, anime and Japanese culture. I got into conventions and cosplay because of her. We dated for a year, yet despite all the relationships I had, hers was the most meaningful. The day she left for Japan was the last day I would see her again. I still remember how painful it was losing her. At the time I wanted to stop her from leaving, even marry her. But I logically thought that if I finished school, and got a job I could see her again and possibly propose. Unfortunately that day will never come as I learned that she passed away 2 years after. As a small thank you I sing her favorite song, the opening to Ouran at every convention I go. I hope I can find someone just as special as her through this site. I'll end this story with a final word of wisdom. Live for today because tomorrow is never guaranteed.
