i have a problem with always running in to the wrong guys wich makes me kind of sad and i dono how to avoid that how to?

Take the knowledge you've acquired from the last guys and apply it to the next guy. If you notice similarities maybe you should move on quickly. There's really no way to avoid a certain type of people completely. You'll have to get to know them somewhat first.
