yeah it is, for the most part the anime stays true to the manga, a few differences are seen though, mikan has two powers in the manga instead of one, and the manga is on going while the anime has an ending

well, the manga actually left out a few things, a couple of the chronos numbers were never seen in the manga, a few fights were left unfinished too like trains fight with lugart wong is one example, there's also the question of is trains railgun really gone for good, a lot of black cat fan also think that kentaro yabuki will play upon the events that happened near the end of black cats anime with the zero numbers and the truth behind eve's creation

I dont mind fillers so long as they are good ones, bleach and hitman reborn are the only animes that I accept fillers from, I honestly expect hitman reborn to waste my time every now and then and bleach actually makes decent fillers though stretched out most of the time, yeah I hope black cat part 2 is in the works, in the last volume of black kentaro yabuki the creator notes that he plans to make a second part to black cat if he ever gets the chance, and seeing that he just finished to-love-ru in december and also it's announced that he's making a new unnamed manga to be announced sometime february, everyone is expecting black cat part 2

LOL, damn recision killed my shojo beat magazine, to be honest I'm kinda picky about my animes, im over the english dubs being bad thing now I dont care about that anymore, I only care that the anime stays true to the manga of it, for example I stopped watching naruto shippuden's anime because once again they're getting annoyingly insane with filler episodes again, another example is black cat, though the revamped the story I dont really mind it because everything is from the manga pretty much

yeah, honey and clover is shojo, it's cool though everyone has their likes and dislikes, my favorite shojo artist is koge donbo, to get this out the way I love cute things and her works are adorable, she created the famous di gi charat series, she's also known for pita ten and kamichama karin
