Death Note, Naruto Shippuden, Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei

Light Yagami finds a notebook, the Death Note, that will kill anyone whose name is written inside. Light quickly moves from skepticism and then fear, to a desire to use the notebook to create a better world. Light secretly kills off criminals and anyone he deems unworthy, and is hailed as Kira (or "Killer") the righteous god of the new world. The Death God, or Shinigami, who watches Light Yagami as Light uses the notebook, is intrigued by this human's use of the notebook almost as much as he is fascinated by apples.

Police and world governments everywhere scramble to discover the identity of Kira, and the ICPO relies on the only detective equally as secretive and brilliant - L. 9/10
