Hey yall. Boku wa Pete desu!
Im in my late 30’s and have been a die hard anime (and all things Japan) lover since i was in the single digits. If i have a say in what Im watching, its anime, plain and simple.
I am an anime collector as well. I have a very large collection (lost count) but basically I own every anime thats been released that I care to own (3 cases, 2 hold 350 single dvd cases, both full, 3rd is also full holding another 100 or so, plus overflow) i also love figures (currently have 3 glass cases, also way overloaded plus figures still in boxes) and merchandise - walls and ceiling is covered in wall hangings, have plushies, funko pops, throws, keychains, you name it!)
I love going to cons as well. Been going to Anime Boston since 2011, highlight if my year! Was lucky enough to catch FLOW this year! Such a great band!
Honestly, ive dated my whole life, even been married before (hope that doesnt scare you!) but i finally got to a point where i realized i was tired of feeling like not having my passion in common w my love wasnt important, it is now THE MOST IMPORTANT to me. Im not willing to settle. Im not desperate. I have my s*+t together, have a good job, a nice place, im ready to meet someone who shares my passion to spend my time with.
I am super easy going, fun and friendly. I am a very loving caring person, very polite as well. I can be super sarcastic and i dont do “awkward”, if someone is nervous or uncomfortable Im the first one to try to make them laugh to break the ice! When i love, i love w all my heart and soul, and I DO NOT pass that word out easily. I do t chat w someone online a few times and say “i. Love you...”. I am very hard working and very loyal. Not very social but i can be if the situation calls for it, prefer to sit at home snuggling on the couch to a hreat anime! I also take care of myself, i eat well, i exercise, i do like taking walks in the wildrness, parks and beaches etc, but again, im happiest watching anime.
Well... think ive rambled enough to scare anyone off! Hahaa. Im not expecting much, not a pessimist, just realize there arent may ppl within 10 years of my age or so who are available and also into the things Ive mentioned... just realistic. But no pressure, i love making friends, so... friends first????
