I think you're right anime does make you smart! People wonder where I find out the answer to these things and then I realize if it was from an anime they'd just stare at me like I was crazy. When I was about 10 I learned washu's science song from Tenchi including the rap, and my brother would just stare at me. I do the same thing about new anime. I don't watch it if a lot of others are watching it. Or everyone else finds out about it after I watched it and I can't talk about it with them cause I can't remember any of it.
