Protein shake time with Dyadka and Sparkie!

@amir_bahram hello my fellow ectomorph brother. I come to you with the worst advice, but it's what I did. Obviously, I can't say it works for everyone but EAT ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING AVAILABLE TO YOU. Nutritionists, and almost anyone who lifts seriously will tell you this is a bad idea, and it probably is, but I've spent my time finding literal eating cheat codes, ways for me to intake the most amount of calories with a minimum amount of effort. Raw eggs mixed with organge juice is one, for a while I was eating 7 eggs every morning. Unironically I love pizza pockets too. Small, easy to make, and filled with calories. I'll eat 6 in one sitting sometimes. People make food in my house? I make it a challenge to eat literally everything on the table in order to display my dominance. Meal prep, do it if you're organized enough, if you aren't (like me) eat a billion of those tv dinners, my favorites are hungry man's and Thai peanut chicken. This is technically really bad advice, but it worked for me, so make of that what you will.

Nothing like salt and high blood pressure.... Sure, you can burn fat/calories, but there's more to food than that. Lots of stuff just builds up in your system and you don't know until it's to late. Eat a ton of carbs and let us know when you're prediabetic, won't ya? Raw eggs and orange juice? That's definitely one way to make sure you're shitting(Or vomiting.). Takes a minute to cook, tastes better cooked and they won't loose enough nutrients by being cooked to matter, not to mention the whole lessening chance of salmonella.

Isnt neotags that one dude who is pretty cut tho? He is like the definition of health...at least until his later years if that stuff catches up to him.

Again dirty bulking works really well if you want to gain weight. But there are definitely ways to achieve a similar result when it comes to weight gain, by eating healthy and smart. If you do decide to start dirty bulking, keep your eyes on macros. Don't stuff yourself with completely empty calories, make sure to hit the right nutrient amount.

Calories in calories out is all I have ever cared about, and that on top of my genetics has lead to my current physique. @yaasshat the problem isn't taste, it's simply getting enough calories and protein in an efficient manner. I can slonk back 7 raw eggs by the time it takes you to even just cook 4. Also if you wash them you'll be fine. I've never had an upset stomach from eating raw eggs, none the less salmonella.

There is a trick to getting salmonella off of eggs. An hour of soaking in a very high salinity brine. Most farm fresh eggs are nothing to worry about though. I would like to say that dirty bulking does catch up to you eventually. I'd say that one should dirty bulk to get up to a certain weight and then go lean on what is taken in for macros. High calories is fine, the calories from what is what needs to be focused on.
