Protein shake time with Dyadka and Sparkie!

sparkis
Me and my friend Dyadka agreed to jumping on the bandwagon and making a collaboration thread together! Jokes aside, this thread will primarily focus on powerlifting/bodybuilding and topics related to that, though we do not mind asking any out of topic questions, so you can treat this as a regular AMA thread. To ask me a question tag @sparkis To ask Dyadka a question tag @dyadka_yar https://media0.giphy.com/media/nbv4387qQ5tRu/200.gif https://i.pinimg.com/originals/84/de/44/84de4453402f16871fc59d5fd00ac024.gif

What's the hardest part about powerlifting?

What's your favorite protein shake brand?

@truffle Many could agree that the diet is the hardest part to both bodybuilding and powerlifting. Even though powerlifting does not restrict your diet as much as bodybuilding, stuffing yourself with over 3000 calories can be challenging to some, especially if you do not have a really good appetite. Other thing that I found difficult, is to manage my time between training and other bussiness, though I overcame this by now @amir_bahram I have been drinking the same brand for over 3 years now, because of it's relatively low price and good quality. @candystarmagic I started working out when I was 14, but it was really just a beggining. I started seriously training right after turning 15, and after around the year, my coach picked me up and started training me. This year sadly was the last year for me training with my coach because as everyone knows now, I am leaving to a sport academy to continue my path there.

A reminder to tag Dyadka if you want to ask him anything, because he is offline at the moment and does not get notifications of the thread xD
