That depends. Are we talking social, physical, mental, spiritual...etc? Evolution is a broad term to learn about. I personally, find it fascinating since it's quite viewable even now. I'm not talking as drastic as ape to man, but little things such as brain size increasing (Many will never have wisdom teeth thanks to this.) and height(Although, one could argue it's just because of an increased availability varied foods.).

@yaasshat: Maybe it's just me, but I've always imagined human evolution as hitting a bit of a dead end. Admittedly, I don't do much research into the subject, and maybe scientists have come to the same conclusion or not, but what reasons do we (humans) have to evolve in any significant ways? It used to be we needed to evolve to overcome our environments and situations, but now our brains have become intelligent enough to create tools without the need to change our bodies. The weak aren't killed off by natural selection in most cases (there's still some... lol) I keep imagining the only evolution we have left is man-made evolution. Synthetic body parts, linking minds and consciousnesses, Ghost in the Shell kinda shit. That's the way I see it, and maybe that's just dumb :P

@blood Not dumb at all. If anything, that may be more true than you realize.

Uhh, biologically, I highly recommend the "Your Inner Fish" series with Dr. Neil Shubin. Great series, great book and pretty easy to read. Talks about traits that we've carried on as we evolved, thus your "inner fish". It's both a short video series and a book.
