Ooo yay! Thank you for posting some questions. :)
meisterman1985
1. If you were holding a baby that's crying, would you whisper at him/her, "Hush that fussing!"? 2. If you were traveling the speed of light and if you turn your headlights on, would they do anything? 3. Would you consider neurodiversity "idolatry and demonic"? If so, why? 4. Which is more annoying to listen to: rap/hip-hop or video game soundtracks? 5. Do you prefer minimalism or maximalism?

Not bad for an attempt. You understand the basic shapes well enough. Now it's about turning those shapes to the right positions. Where is your 'vanishing point/line"?

Went to the park today. Pretty much fell apart trying to get the perspective down on paper.

Looks like we're gonna have to teach you to swim. Luckily humans actually float so it might be a good way to learn.

1. Do you call it pizza or a pie? Pizza for pizza and pie for pie 2. Cola, soda, or pop? - Cola 3. Couch, sofa, or something else? - Sofa 4. If you could breathe underwater, what would you do with that power? - Not die when going underwater cause I can't swim 5. Have you ever been a beta reader/beta tester for anything? - Nope
rtae86
RT @rtae86 I live in an island so I'm surrounded by the ocean, it's a shame I can't swim but I will learn it one day. I kind of have a trauma while learning when I was a kid, my uncle was teaching me and he just threw me into the water. It was not very effective because I almost drowned lol
yuuzora
yuuzora @yuuzora Ow. That's how I learned too. You live on an island? That's interesting. Surely it's beneficial to learn. I know in Japan it's mandatory for school kids because they're an island also. Do you have siblings or friends willing to teach you?
rtae86
RT @rtae86 Yes I do and we have awesome beaches here. I'm always working on summers and rarely have time to go to the beach. Last time was 7 years ago I think. Yeah I have people to teach me. Maybe one day :)
yuuzora
yuuzora @yuuzora Okay. Don't sit on it too long. It's a life skill and a fun hobby. If I ever get everyone together on the same beach, I'll teach you properly. :D

Faerie is how my family has always spelled it because it's an old Celtic spelling that originated in French Celts who moved up to Ireland. At least that's how I understood it.
dave_the_hermit
1: No. 2: People not self-observing their idiotic actions. 3: Whatever but in japanese(Ma-ii). 4: No. 5: No. Also, what the bloody heck is a faerie?! Do you mean a fairy...?

Lol. JFC I understood, You go to two balls? Or you host two? Are you a vampire? lolol And shshshshsh don't give all the Faerie tricks away, otherwise we won't have new people to play with. ;)

1. Humanity. 2. See above. 3. Dude, although the o'l JFC has been known to be an utterance of mine on occasion. Dinglling will also suffice if I'm trying to make someone out to be a child. 4. I have two, if that counts? Aha... 5. No. They trick and you should know that.

By mechanism, I mean the reason people experience sleep paralysis. Is mechanism the right word? I'm ESL so sometimes I don't know.

Sleep paralysis is well understood. It's a mechanism that "paralyses" your body, so that you don't wildly flail about in your sleep, especially when you dream. It can however happen that you gain conscience during it. And a few people are very prone to wake up during it. That with sleep apnea I didn't know tho. Seems to check out from personal experience tho. :p

I am sad to see you write and I haven't read your work yet! I'd love to read if you're willing to share. :D
wei_ying
(3:57 PM Sat.) So since plans changed and our mom chose to leave my second eldest brother and I with our grandma and other aunt (our grandma has dementia and needs to be watched). I decided I would take the time to sit down and finish writing up my story that was inspired by another story I did. Tell me how the first one I wrote is 2k+ words and this second story (which is inspired by the first) is 10k+ words? Specifically 10,909 words...I don't even know how I managed to write that far lol. But that's what happens when I just take my good ol' time, I keep going and never stop until I force myself to. It is supposed to be a darker themed story as well...the things I had to look up to try and be as graphic as possible made me squeamish, but I do love to torture myself so I pushed on! Writing makes me relaxed and sleepy, but my twin is gone to help our mom and she is like my battery. As I was writing I felt myself slowly draining in energy and now I want to sleep. She needs to come home already!

Rose Mommy ® @wei_ying Thank you so much for wanting to support me! But I don't think I'm brave enough to share my work here XD. It really isn't all that good and I'm embarrassed about my writing as is >W<, thank you so much though!
yuuzora
yuuzora @yuuzora Hnhn. If you ever want to share it, just message me. I'll love to read it. <3

Rose Mommy ® @wei_ying I will keep the in mind ❤️

Ooof, unwilling 15 miles! But after that everything is easy, at least. Do you hate hiking now?
criselington
1. What's the longest hike you've ever been on? Forced, 15 miles while in the military, I think there was a longer one, but since I'm not certain, I'll say the 15-mile one. Voluntarily, I can't remember the longest one, but one of the last hikes I did was exit glacier. 2. Have you ever walked home in a blizzard? Many times. 3. What video game are you playing right now? Dragons Dogma 2. 4. Do you like the enraging video games or lofi stuff? Games. 5. Do you like birbs or think they're sus? Birds are cool and are our friends.... except geese... those mother fuckers can die!
criselington
Criselington @criselington Yup, 15 miles, 50 lbs rucks, I wasn't alone, so it wasn't that bad, plus I did a lot of multi mile hikes and rucks when I was training for SF. No, it's not that I hate hiking. Now I just physically can't hike longer trails and stuff anymore.
yuuzora
yuuzora @yuuzora Likewise. Hiking is pretty hard on my knees anymore. So short trails or many breaks is what I can do. I'm glad it didn't ruin hiking for you.
criselington
Criselington @criselington Yeah, knees hurt but the main problem is permanent damage to my left ankle and foot, no impact stuff for this cripple guy. Still can swim and do bike trails I guess.
yuuzora
yuuzora @yuuzora Ouch, How'd you injure your ankle so badly?
criselington
Criselington @criselington Fell off a mountain, while doing a mandatory ruck march while stationed in Alaska
yuuzora
yuuzora @yuuzora o.o Scary. Glad you're okay. How long did it take to even begin healing?
criselington
Criselington @criselington I don't know, I know I was in physical therapy for almost a year. To be fair it's also my fault for trying to tough it out and not go to medical until like 1 week later after I was like damn my ankle may not be twisted and my foot may not just be bruised.

Being unable to move, being half awake, and feeling something sit on your chest is called sleep paralysis. The mechanism isn't well understood, but keeping your body limber as possible is actually a good measure to reduce it. It can also be a precursor to sleep apnea for others. So keep an eye on how often it happens.
