He gained widespread popularity in 2015 thanks to a series of memes from a television interview from June 2007 on Jesús Quintero's show Ratones Coloraos.

VerucAssault @verucassault 10 years ago I would think, oh this sounds so Tyler Durden, anarchy, decentralized power and government... But in today's political climate I'm thinking the elite want us to live under a communist union globally. It makes my stomach turn.
