Welcome, I’m Stephen. Hang out for just a minute. The quick about me? I am a dash nerdy, a reckless level of smart-assness, overflowing with wanderlust, and constant threat of adventures and good times.
The longer version: I’m a professional purely by necessity and the need to complete my facade as an adult. That’s what I tell myself at least. I work in the government contracting industry and recently took a new job in the spring — so far, it’s been awesome. I travel well. VERY well. A life goal: go to more countries than years I am old. Earlier this year I spend three weeks in Japan. So far, so good — but I am looking for someone to help and/or join me in this suffering endeavor. :)
As for the day-to-day and what I enjoy in general. I love watching sports and going to games (It’s the closest thing I can get to gladiator battles of ancient Rome). I enjoy movies and I’m always looking for new movies and good ones that I’ve missed. Wineries, brewery tours, food adventures (Anthony Bourdain style), restaurant hopping, camping, motorcycle riding, and anything with my friends. Love concerts and music in general — if you have suggestions, I want them. Seriously. I also love being out on the water — I try to be out on the water once a week if possible (jet skis, canoes, tubing, kayaks, etc…). Overall, I think I embrace the silly and enjoy being rather ridiculous. Hopefully you can handle some sarcasm here and there.
If you are a go-getter, can charm me with your smile, and don’t mind the occasional mis-adventure — I’d love to hear from you.
