I just read this whole thread and I can't believe there are actually people out there like me! I am so glad I found a place like this, with that said, well . . . I've never . . . . joined a dating site before. Well, before this week. I have a bubbly personality, and I am an optimistic, but I can be very serious when I need to be. It takes me a little to open up to others, but once I do I am very friendly.I am 5' 5", weigh 147. I am curvy. My goal weight is 125 which I am actively going to the gym twice a week to get to. There has been a lot of changes in my life, my new gym and eating habits are among them. I like to eat healthy, I don't drink milk, eat a salad every day, plenty of fruit, nuts, grains, etc. Ok, but I do eat ice cream every now and then so yeah I love sweets, they are my kryptonite. CMy hobbies: Well, anime. But I love anime as much as I love video games. Heck I went to school to make Video games, that's how much I love them. I've worked on two shipped titles. I'll talk about that later. I am into figures, posters, movies, games, manga. I am also into the ball-joint-doll hobby and have made several dolls out of my own personal characters. I am a writer and a dreamer. I love everything from horror to comedy, from fantasy to science fiction. :¨·.·¨: `·. What I like: My favorite anime is Trigun, favorite video game is the Breath of Fire and Tales of series. For Manga its a wide variety, but the only complete collection I have is Ranma 1/2. Just to let you know, I have two children (who happen to be chihuahuas.) I like to stay at home a lot. You could say I am a bit of a hermit. But if I lived in an area that was surround by the beautiful bounties of nature I would be going out, hiking, finding a high spot and painting the scenery below me. Sweets, plushies, fruits, hardwood floors, nature, art, writing and animals. :¨·.·¨: `·. What I don't like: I don't drink and don't smoke. Not into rap that talks about pip'n hoes, or and thing vulgar in general. Ew, I don't want to hear about that crap. I hate it when I curse, which I only do when I break something or stub my toe, etc. Lairs need not apply. Seriously. Cheaters, you can looks somewhere else please. I'm not here to play games, but I will make friends. I also don't like bacon, but I will cook it for you in the morning :) :¨·.·¨: `·. My beliefs: I believe in true love, soul's having a mate. And I am sorry to say, but I believe that each soul only has one mate, meaning no polyamorous relationships. I am a very open minded person but I draw the line. If your with me then you are not with someone else, or I leave. With that said I have no preference of male or female. That isn't to say I would be with both a guy or girl at the same time. No, I would never do that. I am a one person for life type of girl. It's just that I look at the inside, the person within is all that matters, looks, age, gender, class, none of that matters. :¨·.·¨: `·. My resolve: Hard times do not scare me. I can take a rocky boat, bring it. Falling trees, Bah. Train wrecks? I laugh at you. I will always bee there. When the world falls apart around you I will be still standing by your side. When you fall I will catch you. When your down I will shove you back up. When your sad I will make you smile. and when you feel lazy I'll go get the popcorn and pop in the DVD. Its the type of person I am. With that said I do help others and my family means a lot to me. But I will sacrifice everything for the one I love. :¨·.·¨: `·. My career: I have a bachelors degree in game art and design, and am going back to school to become a game programer. There is more to there segment, but its kind of convoluted, I will speak to you about this once we get to know each other. :¨·.·¨: `·. My ideal day/date: My ideal day with my special someone would be spent various ways. We could take two hours to draw each other a little story. Cuddle up and watch anime, play a game, or just go out to the stories to see what the day has to offer. Maybe design or work on a few cosplay outfits. But before we go to bed each night I would like is just to lay in each others arms and talk. Talk about the day, talk about anything and every thing. Maybe tell each other a "what would you do if . . ." story involving our own characters. There should be no reason for you to feel ashamed about your weight - height - dorkyness. None of it matters to me. In fact I like geeky-dorky, cheesy, funny, sappy, glasses are a plus! What matters the most: Do we laugh till our sides hurt, do we push each other to be the best we can be? Do we look forward to getting off a long day of work to see each other? Deal breakers: The ideal person I am looking for wouldn't smoke or drink either ( and it goes without question that they would not do any drugs of any kind.) But if you smoke we can talk about it. Its just hard to watch someone I love suck on a stick of poison when I would want them around forever. I'd also want to help the one I love be healthy, so if you are greatly over weight, I will still love you, its just we will be going to the gym to get you into better shape. Holy crap were you prepared to just post that biography of yourself. It feels like I've known you for awhile even though your post was way too long to read, I know it probably says a lot about you haha.

LOL, no I am not prepared at all. I just have a nonsensical way of over explaining things. I writers habit. Forgive the long post, I had not the time to write a short one. It took a lot to hit the post button at the end. Now I want to go back and edit out everything from between my hobbies till I start talking about my potential special-some-one-to-be. It feels better when I talk about others , rather than my self ^_^;

Haha yeah it's usually a lot better when you talk to others, some people may be put off by what you're looking for because they may feel like they may not be up to par on what you're looking for +_+.

This seems like it'll be a good idea. Here I go. My name is Samuel and I am from Scotland. I am a male 17 year old and I am currently in my 6th year of high school. I'm kind of an anime noob as I've only been watching it for about a year but I've watched about 120 anime in that year which I think is good. My favourite genres of anime are romance and comedy. My favourite anime is probably either K-on!! or Log Horizon. I don't really do much other than watch anime, attend school and play some video games. I'm not really into manga but I am trying to get into it by reading manga of some anime that I really enjoyed. My favourite video game is Pokémon Ruby and I am a big Pokémon fan. Pokémon was what got me into anime and from there my addiction kind of spread. I'm pretty much looking for friends to talk to about anime and such as my IRL friends aren't really into anime.
