kidap someone, hold them in a room, starving them, then cutting their hand off and cooking it and leaving it in the room with them
they will eventually give up and eat their roasted hand to stay alive. maybe keep doing this. dont feed them for lengths of time and then taking a body part; an eyeball, genitals, fingers, ect, til they've either stopped eating out of depression or run out of things to eat

How about chaining the blade of a guillotine to a parent with their child (adult cuz im not that evil c:) under where the blade would drop. So essentially they have to struggle to keep it from falling. Eventually they would get tired and it would drop
