I'm diversified into quite a few. I bought a decent amount of Bitcoin well before the hardfork for bitcoin cash happened, so I have both of those now basically. One thing I always like to note if people want to buy Bitcoin now is that Bitcoin (aka Bitcoin Core) is no longer following the same path Bitcoin was meant to, and Blockstream has been crippling the network by keeping the blocksize too low (which is contributing to the slow transaction times and high fees) to push their second layer solution called the Lightning Network. Problem is, if you look into Lightning, it's literally the banking system 2.0, which is not what Bitcoin was originally about. Bitcoin Cash is following the original idea of being a peer to peer electronic cash system by scaling the blocksize, and it's working perfectly so far (it should be noted that the blocksize used to be under 1MB for Bitcoin Core, so it has scaled in the past). I guess where I'm going with that above statement is, if you believe Bitcoin can work, Bitcoin Cash. If you don't believe it can work, Bitcoin Core. As for other coins, I personally think Ethereum and Nano (previously known as raiblocks) are really good choices. Nano doesn't use PoW and was pre distributed through faucets. It's feeless and very fast, as money should be. If you're interested in the technicals visit their official site: https://nano.org/en I also recommend their subreddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/nanocurrency I'm invested in a few others but really, I think it's best to look around at a bunch of projects to formulate your own opinions, there are a lot of great projects in the space with a lot of good use cases. Also always remember that, unless you hold the keys, you don't own your coins. Basically, don't keep your coins on an exchange, find a good wallet. I personally like to use a hardware wallet called the Nano Ledger S, but there are many options to keep your money safe.

I currently have 1 Bitcoin, 8 Ethereum, 29 Litecoin, and 650 Ripple. I bought all this back in November and i'm currently down 7k... I'm not worried since they'll all go up eventually. Probably around Aug or Sept. Either Bitcoin will start its bull run now or drop to 3-5k and start then. I'm currently observing all the charts and I actually want it to drop to 3k and at that point i'll probably buy 2-3 more.

If I ever have money maybe I'll look into it. I've wanted to but I'm not all that smart...
