Music

I worked as a sound tech and recorded or ran live sound for almost any kind of music you can imagine. I prefer music that animates me, if it makes me move I probably like it some. Metal, Blues, J-anything are my go-to styles. The Asian and Arabic scales are so different and ethereal sounding. I know a few songs on guitar, bass, keys, poorly =) Growing up I played Violin in school orchestra. Strings are one of my favorite family of instruments; they bring the metal. I got to help a friend restore a real 100 year old Theater Pipe Organ; filled whole garage and Den. I really love metal covers of pop songs. I think it comes from my love of metal and being forced to listen to pop music at work... so I'm just like, "I wonder how this would sound done metal." I'm not going to lie. It's sometimes ridiculous but I just love it. https://youtu.be/czb_CZfWko8

^^^ I do the same thing at work! They play pop/top 40 music, and I always drum out how I would imagine it metal hahaha I love punk rock and metal music :)
