I came here to originally find a relationship and maybe make some new friends. Had a relationship and it didn't work out well in the end...but, I certainly made new friends. One of them, JT, being one of my best friends who's dealt with my bullshit for a while now XD I mean, most of the people are nice, but I've had my share of creeps(one of them being like 10 years older then me and trying to marry me a day after we started talking. How about....no) I'm sure everyone can find their other half. Whether its here or in real life, you'll find them eventually ^~^ As for me though, I've certainly given up looking on here. I think I just want friends.

I wasn't disappointed at all - sure I started here for a relationship and I still am here for that but it's not the only reason I'm here. I'm also looking to make friends because I am sick and tired of being the only person who's into all the geeky stuff that we're all into. I have plenty of friends in general where I live but very, very few share similar interests (like 2 or 3 people) and I want to find people to talk to about all kinds of random stuff whether it's anime, gaming, space or whatever else it might be. I understand why people do give up on relationships here though - like some people say, we're all spread out across pretty large distances, very few people live near each other (to which I call lucky fuckers, in a good way of course :D). But even so, I'm keeping myself open to the idea of finding someone on this site, but I am still looking IRL also.

I honestly didn't think much of it at first, I was bored and decided to see if anime dating sites existed. I live in a teeny tiny town and everyone who likes what I do that shows interest in me is like 16, or 30 lmao. I honestly don't prioritize a relationship right now, but I remain open to the idea that one might develop through someone I meet on here, it's just not in my best interest to focus on that one aspect.

Didn't expect much and still don't expect much.. I just enjoy the forums and meeting new people with similar interests..

I don't have a social life. My friends are far away, busy with their lifes, jobs, parties, girlfriends and family. And I'm here with my ass and foot in the chair writing this.
