It's the same as calling someone a faggot. No one is actually calling and hating on them for being homosexual or anything, they're just being a faggot. The only people who do get upset over it are either the person getting insulted (because I mean he's getting insulted, so yeah) or the people that are actually autistic, or gay, or whatever.
