Don't you just hate when your sleep schedule's all bunned up?

You can put ice-cubes under your eyes or play games for 24 hours straight to reset your time. =o My sleeping schedule is always messed up so I've grown accustomed to about 2-4 hours a sleep a night.

Get a set of stereo headphones, and listen to some binural beats. Alpha wave frequencies promote pre-sleep relaxation and can help induce REM sleep. Theta waves are more for helping you relax into a healthy REM cycle or lucid dreaming state of mind. Delta waves are for heavy dreamless sleep. They have to be stereo headphones, ear buds won't work or at least in my experience it does not work. The headphones play two simultaneous hrz frequencies in each ear and then your brain fills in the missing frequency which sounds like pulsating. It has to do with brain chemistry and how the mind produces certain chemicals based on sound.

I'm not sure if it'll work for you but I dealt with insomnia for a WHILE and this seemed to do the trick. I started sleeping near a bedside fan, not even for the cold but for the sound.....it's way more soothing than i'd like to give it credit for! I also tried sleeping with some kinda eye mask. Even though you doo sleep in the dark, i found thatwhen you can't sleep even a little light can make it harder to fall asleep. Now i sleep like a rock...though it's most likely the reason why i'm always late to work.....and college.

For me, drinking nightime hot tea, eating food, and watching anime right before bed usually does the trick for me. When I'm in bed I can think of diverging storylines since my creative juices are flowing and it makes me go to sleep.
