Hmm I am not so sure. I swear if I could find a decent guy out there who wasnt just looking for sex and interested in a sweet, kind, decent women and someone who wants a real relationship and to take the time to get to know the women. Sign me up, cause I would LOVE to meet a man like that!!!

I dunno... All I can think about is the fact that if you are looking for love, that means you are looking to be in a relationship. And what do you do in a relationship? You. Have. Sex. Therefore, if you are looking for "love" you are still looking for sex. You just want the person to comfort you too. It's just the fact that 25% of the men want a no strings attached sexual relationship, which is a pretty shocking number if you think about it.

I mean it's not even about looking for love, people don't know what they want anymore, so they put themselves out there to see what they can find. Basically it's like if you look for it, you'll never find it, but if you let it come to you then it's meant to be right? Just speaking my mind here. ^-^

People know what they want, they just have their expectations set so high that they find themselves on a dating website to see if people online come any closer to what they are wanting. When they don't find that? Then they see who they "settle" for. It's those who keep an open mind, and don't expect everything on their "checklist" to get marked off who end up being success stories that we all hear about. But that is merely my take on things

I like your take on the subject, and that is true, and it's sad to a point as well. When people settle for what they can get, they regret, and ask questions like "how did I get myself in this situation", it's kind of funny but sad in a sense. Anyways I wouldn't know that feeling, but i've seen others who have. Message of the day kids "Don't go looking for a sure thing in a strange place" @AMDarely Please add me ^_^

That's really good speculation on the subject! But that news article doesn't seem too reliable. It's based on the statement of one person, who doesn't back it up with any facts or concrete statistics. She just guesstimates a number based on recollections of her clients. Nonetheless, I'll just be over here cheering in the asexual corner. °˖✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧˖°

Remember kids, 95% of all statistics are made up on the spot.
