I don't hold myself to be at the level of a Twi-hard. I enjoyed the books and I like the movies, but I'm not totally obsessed with it. One manga I picked up recently that was pretty good was called Ooku. I have only seen vol. 1 so far; not sure if they will make more. It was a good read. I still need to read the two volume Witchblade manga sitting on my shelf.

Oh well, you don't wanna work at wal-mart anyhow... I worked there for a little bit many years ago, and it really sucked. It may be better now, but I dunno... and actually, you get that hypothetical question thing just about anywhere you apply to. I got it at my job too. You just have to bullsh*t your way through it lol.

The problem is their are hardly any topics that these new anime genres havent touched. What we nowadays are basically recaps of old stories. For Example, there is always a guy/girl who has some mystic power or who is chosen, they have a rival, who starts out more powerful then they are, they have a secret crush but dont admit to the end of the series. Your basic Anime Dynamic! Now use that old dynamic but, switch the story around, add or take out a fews and Taaadaaaa Recent anime!

yeah, I know what you mean. I'm kind of surprised that more cons don't have like an 'Otaku Speed Dating' thing... I have heard of it, but neither con that I've attended had anything of the sort.
