It’s been one year since the failure of the Black Rebellion and the supposed death of Zero. Britannia has assigned Area 11 a “correctional education” status, where Elevens are made an example of by brute force, to try to prevent any future uprisings and suppress rebellious thoughts.

Set on the fictional year of 2010, the world has been split into 3 superpowers: The Holy Britannian Empire (the Americas; also called Britannia), the Chinese Federation (Asia), and the European Union (Europe and Africa; previously known as the Euro-Universe. Also known as Europa United in Akito the Exiled).

On August 10th of the year 2010 the Holy Empire of Britannia began a campaign of conquest, its sights set on Japan. Operations were completed in one month thanks to Britannia's deployment of new mobile humanoid armor vehicles dubbed Knightmare Frames.

A year has passed since "The Black Rebellion" and the remaining Black Knights have vanished into the shadows, their leader and figurehead, Zero, executed by the Britannian Empire. Area 11 is once more squirming under the Emperor's oppressive heel as the Britannian armies concentrate their attacks on the European front.

Set in a world where history has taken a slightly different course from the one we're familiar with, K follows the story of a young boy whose life is caught in a psychic war between seven kings. The "GoRA Project" group is creating K with the anime studio GoHands.

Directly follows the events of K: Missing Kings and K -Count Down-, it has been almost a year since the Ashinaka Island Incident, and is set in winter 2013. Yashiro Isana finally makes the decision to act against <jungle>, while his Silver Clansmen Neko and Kuroh Yatogami, who struggle against jungle's advances against them to lure out their Silver King.

Senō Natsuru is your normal, everyday high school student. However, he's been chosen to be a Kämpfer, who's objective consists on fighting other Kämpfer with either guns, swords or magic.
