Kenji runs a convenience store and raises his niece Kanna. It's hard to make ends meet and childhood memories help pass the time until other memories come flooding in.

Events in After Story take place immediately after the end of the first part, but extends into the next ten years, where Tomoya and Nagisa live together as a family. Life continues on for Tomoya.

Bulma is a girl in search of the mystical dragonballs that when brought together grant any wish. In her search she bumps into the owner of one of these balls, a strange boy named Goku.

After enduring trials that would have crushed any other soul, Goku is now faced with the most important journey of his life. The Black Star Dragon Balls have been scattered to the ends of creation!
