Oye. I'm not really sure I have a top three. >.< It's hard for me to narrow it down since I like different aspects of each...
Pandora Hearts is probably one of them, but the series ends abruptly (at least, in the anime). I'd have to include Code Geass... and then maybe Wolf's Rain or Shiki?
