Ummmm both? Lol, I searched both mentioned and I think I'll enjoy both of then! Although Dusk Maid of Amnesia seems....a bit....frightening..

It depends. Do you want pretty pictures or a good story? I got lost on C3's story a lot, but it had that same pretty art style as the ef series (same studio). As for Dusk Maiden of Amnesia, what I saw of it, I enjoyed. I didn't finish it, but a friend of mine told me it's worth a watch.

I rewatched the whole thing in 1080p Bluray, and my brain melted afterwards. Not only the show blows me away, but the story as well. Any chance you've seen C3 or Dusk Maiden of Amnesia?
