July 2010 edit...Royal Pains exterior shots, man did everyone get absolutely roasted...keep me in my scrubs and on the air-conditioned set! Hope everyone had a blast at San Diego's ComicCon (had to run a show and couldn't go:-( )June 2010 edit...OK, so I've been crazy busy on a couple shows....check out HBO's Boardwalk Empire this coming September. It is going to be a blast. I just worked on 5 shows and we wrapped our season's filming June 4th. It is 1920s, Atlantic City, with all the old cool cars, clothes and scenes of the 1920s...oh yeah, Marty Scorcese is the creator and executive producer and Terence Winter (the lead writer from The Sopranos) is our head writer. Yeah, It was a blast...but I digress. AnimeBoston was a absolute ball. We had a minature Ed Elric (ok let's all pile on the short jokes...) and I had my automail on for like three days straight...even drove home with it on...boy did that get interesting looks from TGIFriday's folks...March 21, 2010...anyone going up to AnimeBoston? friends of mine are borrowing my Hei from Darker Than BLACK, and I'll have my Soul Eater, Ed Elric from FMA and Dante from Devil May Cry 3...hope everyone has fun!.............February 2, 2010...if the Groundhog were in New York he wouldn't have seen his shadow!...Got Soul Evans (SoulEater) finished, as well as a younger Van Hohenheim from FMA:Brotherhood. Both have been photographed and are up in the gallery. I'm still working on Alponse Elric's suit of armor, as well as about 5 other cosplay outfits................ December 24th, 2009...Merry Christmas everyone! First one as an uncle! My sister had identical twin boys 8 months ago, so I've been going crazy with twin gifts!................December 10, 2009 update: Got the pictures shot for BlackStar from Soul Eater and added to my pics...now I've gotta shoot Soul from Soul Eater. Also, got more Duo Maxwell pics - securing a location/trying to negotiate... .................... Been cosplaying for about ten years, and working with FUNimation's conventions for the last 5 or so years on the East Coast. Working on Soul Eater outfits (Soul and Black Star) as well as a full Al Elric armor for next year's ComicCon/AnimeFest combo in Sept/October 2010 in NYC. I do a lot of music stuff for theatre and television, as well as some background stuff...I'll give more info if anybody wants more. I also do custom music and voiceover work. In the business world, I'm in real estate (which gives me the time to work the shows with the FUNimation folks), but not as much time as I'd like... ................... Oct 20,2009 Update on the Soul Eater cosplay...I've got almost everything ready for the main Soul outfit, I just have to now work on hairspraying the living bejeezes out of the wig to get it to stay like Soul's hair...same thing with Black Star...as soon as I'm done, I'll get the pics up.
