I dunno, this kinda seems cruel in its own way... by calling out people and singling them out. It's kind of hypocritical to fight against something by doing what they do. You could just ignore trolls since if they don't come here to socialize, they'll get bored eventually and leave. The only real way to deal with them right away is having a mod freeze/mute/ban them.

The way you put it, it sounds kinds violent, but still. @Mephisto I get the point you're trying to make, but I don't think creating this thread was necessary. Honestly it just makes us look like awfully violent people. @Kohagura I agree that this may not be the prettiest and most ethical way of doing things, but while some of us can easily take and shrug the abuse off, others just can't and often end up leaving the site because of it. We're often told to report away when trolls show up, but as long as moderators aren't an actual thing, it won't and doesn't take effect fast enough. I'd just like to end up saying that ignoring might be be the best solution, counter-trolling can also be effective when done correctly.
