Which of those are more attractive to you? In my case it's youthful/childish, I'd really love to be with someone who is fun and loves to have fun and it's the closest I could be from being a teen again and feel young love.

Call me shallow, but I like a youthful look and mature attitude.

I'd like alittle more mature over the youthfulness. Playful behavior is cool but isn't always appropriate all the time

Mature attitude for sure, but it's okay to have fun

Mature attitude. It is not synonymous with boring person, it just indiciates a level of experience and generally a more real personality than that of an immature person.

Youthfull and not scared of playing around and seeming like a kid. The stuff most grown up take as something you just dont do is annoying. Have fun and enjoy life. Hate how the world tell you so much about how you should be in what ages. Sorry if its abit outside of topic.

So yeah childish isn't really comparable with maturity, but like fun-loving, happy-go-lucky and other aspects that one might think of as youthful can coexist with a sense of maturity. Personally, I don't mind a bit of childishness, but definitely there's a time and place.
