Abusive Relationship

my friend was in a abusive relationship, which im very happy to say she got out of by her on accord, and she only takes peoples words with a grain of salt and she doesnt trust to well anymore. i'm trying to help but i dont know exactly what to say or do.i know she's tired of hearing crap like its going to be ok or there are plenty of fish in the sea type shit. any pointers?

The thing is people start to quit on finding that special someone, She will change her mind when things cool down. It was the same with mine except she would secretly manipulate me. Really it's her choice when things are said and done.

If she doesn't wanna talk about it then dont. if she does, be there to listen. Dont push her and try to keep her mind off it
