Can't upload pictures?

Whenever I go to the picture uploader and try to upload a picture, I get "Error Code 500" And I'm not too sure what I should do. If you guys need a picture to prove it, just tell me and I'll get one ready. But yeah, it's annoying me because I just want to get at least a profile picture up.

I second this. Having the same issue. Edit : Seems to work now.
