Pub quiz/trivia nights make awesome first dates, I think. Also the zoo is always a good alternative to a park. If you're gonna walk around, might as well see some cool/cute animals ya know?

Actually a lot of zoos have baby animal nurseries and other cool stuff. Honestly, it's not a bad place to go. Or at least, all the zoos I've been to were all pretty cool. Sometimes the animals interact with you, like I remember watching a little boy and a seal just make faces at each other through the tank.

How about the beach? Too racy for a first date? It's fun, it's free... if you live near it haha. Or does being thrifty and half naked on a first date send the wrong signals?

Haha good thing I haven't tried it yet then. As you can tell I've got some gusto in the first date department and it hasn't served me well.

Well I couldn't make out what you just say but simple is always better or that's what I like to believe
