Top 3 favorites?

I'm bored, I can't sleep, and I should be cleaning my room. Anyway, who are your top 3 favorite anime characters, and why? I'll start off! 3. Romano/South Italy/Lovino Vargas from Hetalia - The reason as to why I like him is because he's adorable in his own cranky way. The way he flips his shit over the slightest thing is just too funny and cute! Not to mention, I can kind of relate to him being the ignored child of his family. 2. Roronoa Zoro from One Piece - He's hot. Now that that's out of the way, I think he's awesome for knowing how to use three swords. He's also one of the most powerful characters in the series. That and the reason he wants to be the best swordsman is really sweet. Oh! And let's not forget the epic fight scene between him and Dracule Mihawk! That was epic. Did I mention that he's hot? Because he is. And my number one character of all time is...DRUMROLL PLEEEEEAAASE~ *epic drumroll* 1. Saeko Busujima from High School of the Dead - I really admore her badass-ness. I mean, she fought through a horde of ZOMBIES with a BOKEN. Not a legit metal katana, noooo-- a wooden practice sword. I would've cried my eyes out and probably would've gotten bitten, for Pete's sake! She's just plain badass.

My first favorite character is Hinata from Naruto. I identified with her shyness when I was abruptly uprooted from my tiny charter school to a vast public high school with callous cliques and classrooms devoid of warmth. She also has a cute character design. My second would be Korra from The Last Airbender: Legend of Korra. After a few years I grew to become who I am today, with a personality similar to the young Avatar's. I don't quite have the upper-body muscle tone for Korra, but that's okay, because I haven't seen her run endurance races in any episode yet. xD She was also my first cosplay ever!! Woot. My third favorite is Rin Tohsaka from Fate/Stay Night. She's intelligent and skilled as a magician and even has some clout among her peers who are not privy to the ongoing Holy Grail War. i just love her personality - I feel like we could be friends if she were real. Also, the decisions she makes with her Servant are just and moral, which means she has compassion. IDK, I could probably cosplay her if I grew my hair way longer and put enough effort into making it appear like hers...

#1 would probably be Shikamaru. Just love his general lazyness which I can relate to xD but damn is he smart and I love his tactics once he finally gets serious. Love him. #2 is Athrun Zala from Gundam SEED. I pretty much just love all the character progression in most of the main characters in this show. Fighting with his fellow coordinators in the war and ends up clashing with his best friend a few times and starts thiking about which side he should really be on. Also he is an awesome pilot and him and Cagalli are so cute together >.> #3 would be Roy Mustang. Specifically from FMA:B. A badass flame alchemist who wants to rank up and make the world a better place from within. Also cares for his comrades very much and can be so hilarious. Very likeable.

1: Canaan from, uh, Canaan. She is badass, in all kinds of ways, and manages to maintain a kind of stoicism and emotional stability. Plus, she's a synesthete, my "twin" is a synesthete, so there's some identification there. 2: Hinata Hyuga. One, she's awsome. Two, she's awsome. I can identify with her quiet nature, but I can also identify with her need to improve her martial arts, and her overall strength in technique and power. 3: Revy Two-Hand. She's more than a little psychotic, but she's absolutely loyal to her friends and she knows how to enjoy herself. She's the most stable unstable person I've seen in an anime. lol

3: Zero from Code Geass (not lelouch... there's a bit of a difference), Let's see... Fabulous, tactical mastermind, gets some awesome looking mechs, and on top of that single-handedly puts together a resistance force and can take on an empire... dude's awesome. 2: Norris Packard from 08TH MS Team, while not a mastermind like Zero, he's a damn good leader... and a skilled one at that! He goes out on what is essentially a suicide mission against 4 or so Gundam ground types so he can take out the Guntanks that they're guarding so that they don't shoot down the ship with his fellow soldiers that's about to leave. Sure enough he manages to dodge everything they throw at him while still taking out the tanks, merely toying with the team. That is until he comes across their Commander, to who he still beats the everliving out of. That is until he does slip up, but knowing that there's no escape for him he lunges at the gundam to... shoot the last Guntank so his allies can leave safely. Man's man. 1: Ryoma Nagare from Getter Robo (Armageddon specifically), this guy here is crazy... and I like it! Splitting planets with a giant tomahawk, showing the new team how it's done (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bkc6E47KBNI) pretty much spews manly awesome. Not to mention like the second episode of the show he's shooting something with a pistol and then decides to pull a bazooka he apparently had under his giant overcoat the whole time. This guy may not have quite as good a reason as the others, but I have too much fun watching this guy blow stuff up and shouting his attacks like in the good ol days, and that's all that really matters personally.

Alrighty so top 3! #3: Shizuo from Durarara. He is so cool! ^-^ plus he's super strong and can throw a vending machine! I mean come on!! So cool #2: Soifon from Bleach. I wish I could be like Soifon, well as far as her skills as the leader of the Stealth Force. A little harsh towards he comrades somtimes, but she still is a good fighter and loyal. And her zanpakuto's bankai is my favorite! recently just saw it in an episode, and it was a goosebump moment for me. #1: Shuhei from Bleach. Mostly because of his zanpakuto's power and form. Also because of his fierce loyalty, as well.
