Otaku Arrested for Threatening Ore No Imouto Writer An otaku was arrested for sending a couple of death threat emails to the author of Ore No Imouto series. This otaku was found out that he was a fan of Kirino Kosaka and was angered by the author's favorable treatment to Kuroneko in recent volumes of the series. 10 threatening emails with phrases like "Die, you swindler", "I'll make you regret this", "I'll found out where you live" have alerted Tsukasa Fushimi, the author of the series. With 500 emails of Photoshopped image containing decapitated pictures of the author escalated the situation which led to the arrest of a 32-year-old unemployed man in Tokushima prefecture. Though this seems to be an abnormal for a 32 year old man, there are several cases before where otakus display similar mannerisms. Now, that leads to stereotypes where otakus receive negative perception to the general public just what happened to the otakus in Japan.

Stupid stuff. It's like the idiot Bayonetta fans who threatened the creators because Nintendo saved 2 from development hell and made it Wii U exclusive.

Personally I don't care. Sometimes good things come from it. Sounds dumb but anger for me inspires me to draw. Or when I'm sad - things I wouldn't have been able to do with a clear mind are manifested on my canvas.
